Donna was born in Tokyo, Japan and lived there until she was four years old, when her family moved to Florida.  After living there for a little over two years, she moved to Hawaii where she has lived since.  After her parents separated when she was eight years old, she continued to live there with her mother and younger sister.  Because her mother was working two jobs, she had to watch over her sister often, which instilled in her a sense of responsibility and independence.   From elementary school through high school, she was involved in a myriad of activities including martial arts, gymnastics, cheerleading, drama club, symphony orchestra, class council, and the Japanese club.   After graduating high school, she continued her education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Japanese Language.  She continued to study dance and acting throughout college, and has always loved the performing arts.  She has also been training with Scott Rogers at the American Academy of Film and TV for over two years and decided to pursue her craft and life in Los Angeles.

Being occupied and expanding her horizons and enhancing life experiences have always been a joy for Donna.  Even at a young age, she felt that it's never to early to explore the world and challenge herself, which is why acting not only brings happiness to her, but tickles her imagination at the same time.   It's a challenge and thrill she has never experienced with any other field of academic or any other type of study, and it is such a rewarding feeling for her when people get to experience the performance she puts on.   For Donna, telling a story and being another person is such a great feeling and an emotional escape.   She has always devoted total energy and commitment to her work and studies, especially towards performing arts and her craft in acting.
